Weddings - Bookings and trials
For the initial booking for your wedding you'll need to fill in a booking form, and from this we can provisionally book your wedding in the diary and book you a trial date. Once we've completed the trial we can then book in all your package treatments and confirm the wedding booking. At this point a deposit is necessary and can be paid via pay pal (the amount will be discussed with your therapist).
At the trial, before any make-up is applied, we like to get to know a little about you i.e. What make-up you usually wear, make-up you don't like wearing, what you're willing to try, if you've seen a desired make-up design, etc. We discuss any colour scheme and theme to the wedding to ensure that we are on the right track to getting you the perfect make-up.
There are hundreds of different styles and designs of make-up, but if it's not the right one for you, then we've got it wrong. So, once the make-up artist and you are happy with the information given and received, they will then apply your make-up. We believe in individuality and understand the importance of personal choice. The make-up artist will always give advice but the decision stays with you.
Once, you're happy with the make-up applied, the therapist will take notes on products used and the design of the make-up applied to ensure that you receive the exact same on the big day. The therapist will then sit with you and discuss further treatments you'd like and create you a bespoke bridal package. Prices, discounts and treatment bookings will all be discussed, so by the time the therapist has left, you will have a priced package and a list of when she is returning, where she is returning to and for what treatments.
Our aim at your trial is to cover every angle so you know exactly where and what is happening, how much is costing you and you can put your make-up and treatments to the back of your mind and move on to the next project of your wedding. You can keep adding treatments and persons on to you package and each time the therapist will amend the package so you always know how much your package total is to help you to remain within your budgets.
